We us Parcelforce 48hour service to courier the Champagne to you. Deliveries will normally be made on weekdays during normal business hours.
Parcelforce will only leave the Champagne if the correct number of Parcels have been signed for. Otherwise they will leave a calling card for re-delivery to be arranged. Though we recognise that it is not always possible, deliveries to business addresses normally means that someone is available to sign for the delivery.
Please inform us immediately. In the case of breakages we will arrange for collection of the still sealed neck, cork and wire of the bottles, and will arrange replacement or refund.
Each twelve bottle order will be packaged into an outer, typically two cases of six bottles in one outer. Our packing processes ensure that each package will contain the correct number of bottles. In the rare event of Parcelorce ‘losing’ one or more packages from a multiple packge consignment, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ONLY SIGN FOR THE NUMBER OF PACKAGES ACTUALLY RECEIVED. If you sign for Parcelforce’s stated number of packages, but have actually received fewer packages in the consignment we will be unable to provide refunds as Parcelforce will have proof of delivery for the entire consignment. If however, in the case of short deliveries, you amend the number of packages received accordingly we will be able to provide refund or replacement.
